Teleshia Joseph is a former athlete, who has had the opportunity to represent Trinidad and Tobago at the youth level for Track & Field and both at the youth and senior level for football.
With over a decade of teaching and coaching experience, she enjoys working with students, young adults, and generally anyone aspiring to a balanced lifestyle. Her passion for wellness management has fueled her other passion for massage therapy. As a licensed massage therapist, she works closely with individuals of all ages by providing a wide range of massage practices for comfort and relaxation to their minds, body, and soul.
